The first step of the array of treatments is cleansing. This is the first thing you should do at night before going to bed. It will effectively clean off all your makeup. You'll want to use a foaming liquid cleanser. It's specifically designed to break down oily sebum, but also be delicate enough on your skin not to cause dry out or irritation. In the morning, cleansing will also be your first step. It's important to rid yourself of the oily buildup that's developed overnight. Then toning will be the will second step at night after cleansing. It removes all final traces of makeup in addition to any lingering cleanser residue.

After toning, your face will be left feeling refreshed as the product works to return your skin's pH to its natural level. In the morning, toning will be your second step, as well. Be sure to use an alcohol-based toner. The third step of teen skin care treatments is moisturizing. This will be your third and final step at night. But you might not need it everywhere. Only put moisturizer on areas that look like they need it. In the morning, this is probably a step you can and should skip entirely. Always use an extremely light, non-cream and non-oily lotion. After moisturizing, use facemask 2-3 times a week. This is a deep cleansing step that really gets into your skin and does wonders for preventing breakouts. When your oil glands are in over drive, face mask three times a week. If you are suffering from damaged skin, go for our teen skin care treatments. It will do wonders.

It's important that you don't over use facemask products. They can really dry your face out and cause more damage than good. The best time to apply a facemask is at night especially after cleansing and before toning. Had we not included the process of exfoliation, our teen skin care treatments would have been inconclusive. Exfoliate 3 times a week. If you've got oily skin, your dead skin cells will have a harder time naturally falling off your face. They'll be clinging to the super sticky sebum on your skin's surface. This means there's an increased chance that a dead cell will fall into an oil-producing pore and clog it up causing a nasty breakout. To prevent this from happening, you need to slough off the dead cells three times a week. Exfoliation always comes after cleansing and before toning and should be done at night.
